-Exterior metal panels being installed on the east, west & south side of the garage.

-Deliveries are expected every day at Gates A and B.

-Roofing on going.

-MEP work on going throughout the building.

-Interior finishes are starting on 2 and working through the upper floors

- Misc delivery trucks (18 wheelers) will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. There will be a state police detail for deliveries on Everett St. No truck access on N. Harvard St.

-4/29 - McDonald Ave. will be shutdown

Upcoming Impacts

-Ongoing- National Grid work outside of 300 Western Ave is being completed. Work is not part of Allston Labworks

-Ongoing-National Grid is working along Riverdale Street but within the site fence of the Allston Labworks project

-Upcoming - A crane will be brought in either Saturday April 27th or Saturday May 4th but it will be within the site fence of the Allston Labworks project
