-Exterior metal panels being installed on the east and north sides of the building.

-Deliveries are expected every day at Gates A and B.

-Delivery trucks will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. No truck access on N. Harvard St.

-Residential tenants will continue to move in.

305 Western Ave

Week of 10/7

- Misc delivery trucks (18 wheelers) will access the project site via Western Ave and or Everett St. and return to the expressway via Western Ave. There will be a state police detail for deliveries on Everett St. No truck access on N. Harvard St.

Upcoming Impacts

- Ongoing - A wood fence will be built on the south side of the 250 and 280 Western Ave sites. Site fence will be taken down as wood fence is installed.

-Ongoing - There will be intermittent shut down on Everett Street due light path utility work.

-Saturday, 10/5 - There will be a crane that sits at Gate B in front of 250 Western Ave. hoisting roofing material.

-Upcoming - Speedway Road traffic impacts due to work with National Grid.
